603 Concord Ave Cambridge
After living in a large colonial in Belmont for almost 20 years, I moved into a 2BR 2BA apartment at 603 Concord Ave. I ... was worried about: noise, smells, weird neighbors, and a smaller space. I LOVED my apartment at 603 Concord Ave. The building was soooo clean. In the nine months I lived there, I never heard anything. It was more quiet than a house in the suburbs. My neighbors were friendly and respected my privacy. All of my maintenance requests were completed within two or three hours. I also always felt so safe. I cannot say enough nice things about my apartment and Acorn Properties. Everything was so smooth, from signing the lease to moving out. I have just signed my second lease and it is cause for celebration. As a long time resident of Cambridge, I have finally ... reached a perfect location and building. Important to note that the pictures on website are accurate! I have always lamented posed and touched up images. The building is new and beautiful, calm and elegant décor, and apartments are bright, and filled with every possible appliance for comfort and easy living. Astonishing to me that there are many dogs living in the building and I have NEVER heard a dog bark. Don't know how the company succeeded with noise proofing building, but it's always quiet and calm. Maintenance is top notch; David De Lisle, Community Manager is easily reached, always responsive, on the premises and always working with his staff to maintain building. Finally, the Acorn office and management staff are unique in that they are easily reached by phone or email, and they are absolutely kind, caring and responsive. Yes, I sound surprised, and that is because my previous experiences were with companies who treated tenants as if we were utility customers. I rarely write comments, but life at 603 Concord has meant so much to me that I feel it my obligation to inform others. Thank you! I forgot to do this earlier, but I recently had my light smash all over my shower with glass everywhere. I put in a request ... and left the house for a couple hours and when I came back there was a new light and the area was completely void of glass! I really appreciated the speed on this, great work!
